Hello campers and councilors !!!

WOW !!! What a terrific few days we spent in Cornwall. Pat and Vickie were most gracious to put up with approximately 40+ of us. I cannot possibly hit all of the fantastic highlights. And how nice it was to greet old friends and meet now people.

I don't think I ever heard anyone say, "You haven't changed a bit."

Best wishes to all who attended, for for those who were not there about all I can say is that you really missed a special time.

Cheers to all,

Steve Hood

Ditto Steve

The reunion at Pat and Vicki Freeland's this past weekend far exceeded my expectations! I know my brother Dick feels the same way. It was great seeing some familiar faces, many after 49 years, as well as new campers and councilors that preceded and proceeded us. It was a thrill to see Pat & Mike Freeland after 49 years, Stew Borger, Jeff Fincun, Steve Hood, Joe & Peter Wood, Dave Clemens and Bob Fox among the many that attended. I'm sure that I'm leaving some out but it is not intentional.

The Saturday night Campfire brought back so many wonderful memories from nearly a half century ago . . . . . . . the skits, the sing-alongs and especially the singing of the Wyanoke Hymn at the conclusion of the campfire which brought a tear to many eyes!

I want to personally thank Pat, Vicki and Cavi for being such wonderful hosts and all of the hard work they put forth to insure that everyone had a good time. The pig roast was superb and well surpassed our traditional franks, baked beans and brown bread Sat. night dinner at Wyanoke! Also thank you Pat for the exceptional tour of the Cornwall Iron Furnace!

I know that a good time was had by all and the memories generated will certainly last each of us until our next reunion. It was great seeing everyone and sharing the wonderful memories.

Respectfully Submitted,

Jim
